Covid-19

Due to COVID-19 delays in Victoria, we are experiencing a longer timeframe to pack and ship orders. Rest assured, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Timing may varying depending on ability to access stock. We appreciate your understanding during these strange times!

Couriers and Australia Post are now instituting mandatory 'Authority to leave' on all parcels. This enables contactless delivery that helps protect courier's health and limit the spread of COVID-19.

Unfortunately Kitaboodle is not responsible for missing parcels once they have been delivered by the courier or Australia Post. 

There may be some delays in delivery but so far all couriers are operating as normal.

 

Delivery Methods & Costs

We lovingly pack and send our Kitaboodle goods Monday to Friday.

Delivery times may vary as they are out of our hands, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link to track the status of your order. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

 

Returns & Cancellation

If you wish to return an item we will be happy to offer a store credit, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@kitaboodle.com.au

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility, we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.

Please note: we do not offer returns for a full refund unless determined faulty.

 

Product Faults & Issues

Many of the goods are handmade often using organic materials therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary slightly between orders. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
